I sushi rain nascono sotto il monicker di "Valentine" nel 2002 con il quale riescono ad ottenere notevoli successi in concorsi locali e non e ad ottenere un buon riscontro con il primo demo autoprodotto "Loading"
Dopo vari cambi di formazione arrivano alla line up definitiva nel 2008 e sotto l'influenza di Bands quali Extreme, Living Colour, Toto, Faith No More, Queen, Bumblefoot entrano in studio l'anno successivo per registrare la loro prima fatica discografica "Breathless"

Sushi Rain were born under the monicker of Valentine in 2002 getting remarkable success in local contests and a good appreciation with their first self produced promo ‘Loading’.
After several changes they get to their current line-up in 2008 and they record their first album ‘Breathless’ under the influence of bands such as Extreme, Living Colour, Toto, Faith No More, Queen, Bumblefoot.
